01 The Largest Raw Material Suppliers
Our PTFE raw material is supplied directly by the largest two PTFE raw material suppliers in China --- DongYue and JuHua. Their mate-rials feature are more stable than other raw material factories. Ofcourse, their prices are much higher sometimes even more than 10%.
We choose them to control quality from the source.
A: Using other raw material is hard to control the tape uniformity of thickness and density. Also the shrinkage of width/length are bigger,which cause the width/length shortage easier.
B: Using other raw material is hard to rewinding the tape into the plastic spool, and many thread ends come out.
02 Advanced Automatic Production Lines
We have a complete set of advanced automatic production lines in China, from jumbo roll PTFE tape to finished products, from rewinding to packaging. Especially, we have own injection molding machines work-shop, control all the plastics glossy and strong. Our advanced equip-ment lead us to large capacity of 250,000pcs per day to provide fast de-livery.
A: Our plastics are thicker, so it is stronger to protect the tape avoid damage.
B: Our plastics are more glossy visible, so customer can see it is better quality.
03 Strict Quality Control
We do regular inspection for all the orders by random test. Our workers are highly trained and with good experience, most of them are old staff more than 5 years. The products made by them are mostly qualified products, moreover they will pick out the defective products in time to win the reward.
1. Before production: Check color & printing for spool/cover, quality of packing material...
2. On production: Control width, thickness, length, density under international standard by 5% random test
Each order has QC report
Keep shipment samples within 3 years
4.After production: Check quantity is correct and package is complete

We have a team of experienced engineers and qualified management to ensure our production line in order. According to IS09001 standards, factory has obvious zoning, which improve production efficiency.
Also, we have ERP management system, from schedule the orders to delivery goods, all steps has records in the system, this can improve work efficiency and avoid mistakes.
