Description
The high dimensional stability of our high density PTFE cable film, combined with sophisticated winding technology enables our customers to achieve the best processing conditions and the highest electrical performance in the cable sector.

● High temperature resistance
The working temperature can reach 250℃.
● Low temperature resistance
It has good mechanical toughness at low temperature, and can maintain 5% elongation even when the temperature drops to -196℃.
● Corrosion resistance
It is inert to most chemicals and solvents, and can withstand strong acids, strong alkalis, water and various organic solvents.
● Good weather resistance
It has the best aging life among plastics.
● High lubricity
PTFE has the lowest friction coefficient among solid materials.
● Non-adhesiveness
It is the material with the lowest surface tension among solid substances and does not adhere to any substance.

- Product Application

PTFE has excellent dielectric properties and extremely high thermal stability. It is an irreplaceable electrical insulation material and plays an important role in the field of electronic and electrical insulation. For example, PTFE glass varnished cloth is used to produce high-temperature and high-frequency insulation materials, which can be used in satellite communications, computers, etc.; PTFE film is used to make capacitors as insulation layers, gaskets, and cables between instruments; PTFE thin-walled tubes of different calibers can be used for lead sleeves, heat shrink tubes and spiral tubes, and insulating lead tubes for generators.
In the field of 5G communications, PTFE is also widely used in base station filters, high-frequency and high-speed PCB/FPC, 5G chip processes, high-frequency connectors, cables, etc. At present, the 5G filters used by major communication equipment manufacturers still use metal cavity filters, and many of the components use PTFE for support and insulation.
Other fields
● Medical grade
PTFE has the characteristics of water resistance, physiological inertness, and non-stickiness. It is widely used in many tissue repair materials and artificial organ materials, such as artificial blood vessels, heart repair membranes, etc. PTFE can be sterilized by any method and will not degrade under high pressure heating or various disinfectants. Therefore, it is widely used in medical devices such as sutures, sterile pads, and injection needles.
● Machinery
In the operation of any kind of machine and equipment, the sliding surfaces must be lubricated to reduce the friction factor, reduce the wear and heat of parts, and ensure the normal operation capacity, accuracy and power consumption of the machine and equipment. The low friction coefficient and self-lubricating properties of PTFE make it possible to manufacture bearings, piston rings, machine tool guides and sealing materials, but it is expensive and is usually used in precision instruments or acid-resistant and alkali-resistant environments.
● Textiles
Use expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE) film and ordinary fabrics to make waterproof and breathable composite fabrics. Its excellent properties such as high strength, low shrinkage, non-sticking, and anti-ultraviolet aging make e-PTFE fiber the preferred fabric for outdoor sportswear. In addition, it is often made into fire suits, space suits, medical protective clothing, military combat uniforms, sleeping bags, light tents, etc.
