High density PTFE wrapping film tape provide superior electrical and chemical of the standard serious. It's recommended for heating cables,aircraft and automotive cable in highly critical military,aerospace and high demand industrial.

The significant use of PTFE wrapping film is in the aerospace and automotive industries. Due to its exceptional properties, PTFE material is used in the manufacturing of parts such as gaskets, bearings, and seals that require high resistance to extreme temperatures and friction.
PTFE wrapping film is easy to use and apply as it can be wrapped tightly around any product irrespective of its shape and size. The film adheres well to the surface of the product without tearing or breaking.
 

PTFE wrapping film is wrapped around the conductor. This process also makes the cable safer and more flexible with the same insulation compared to cables with extruded insulation. Also it is available in multiple colors for outer jackets in cables or for identification of primary wires. In addition, PTFE has high electrical insulation and high temperature resistance. Low-density PTFE tapes are also unmatched in data transmission. They have the best dielectric properties at high frequencies. Storing Recommendations for Unsintered Tapes

For maximum shelf life, it is recommended that PTFE films are stored in a clean, temperature-controlled environment at or below 21C with relative humidity below 50%.
