Description

PTFE has very good heat resistance and a relatively wide operating temperature range, outstanding electrical properties, as well as chemical corrosion resistance unmatched by conventional materials, and flame retardancy is also very ideal, making it suitable for many fields.

High thermal and chemical resistance ptfe films is mainly used in RF cables, microwave communications cables, aerial wire wrapping and insulation layer in aviation, aerospace, military, radar, electronic communications and other areas. Engineers produce unsintered PTFE film for wire by cold extruding a fine PTFE powder through a special die. 


One of the key features of PTFE films is their high thermal resistance. PTFE films can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 260°C (500°F) without degrading or melting. Our PTFE raw material is supplied directly by the largest two PTFE raw material suppliers in China --- DongYue and JuHua. Their mate-rials feature are more stable than other raw material factories. Ofcourse, their prices are much higher sometimes even more than 10%.

We choose them to control quality from the source.

 

A: Using other raw material is hard to control the tape uniformity of thickness and density. Also the shrinkage of width/length are bigger,which cause the width/length shortage easier.

B: Using other raw material is hard to rewinding the tape into the plastic spool, and many thread ends come out.
