Description
Unsintered PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film is usually specified for demanding or high-performance applications. Their manufacturing involves wrapping the film around the cable followed by a process in which the layers of film are fused together to create a solid, uniform wall. Because its application takes more time and care than extrusion, it is generally more expensive. however, it is common in cables that must perform in challenging environments.
Unsintered PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film, often referred to as simply unsintered PTFE film, is a type of PTFE film that has not undergone the sintering process. Sintering is a heat treatment process that fuses the PTFE particles together, creating a dense and strong material with improved mechanical properties. Unsintered PTFE film, on the other hand, is made from PTFE resin that has been processed into a film but not heated to the point of sintering.

TOP PERFORMANCE FOR YOUR SPECIAL CABLES IN MEDICAL, SENSOR OR AEROSPACE APPLICATIONS
Polytetrafluoroethylene, or PTFE for short, is a high-performance plastic characterized by a number of advantageous properties. These include not only chemical resistance, stability and mechanical strength. PTFE film proves its worth especially at high, but also very low ambient temperatures and in applications in the high-frequency range where special requirements have to be met.
This range of advantages makes PTFE film and tapes indispensable and highly potent product components for the electronics and cable industry, which works with highly specific components, especially in cable products for aviation.

FAQ:
Customer: What's your main market?
Foreverseal: Middle and high market which need better quality products
Customer: How long will it take to make sample?
Foreverseal: It takes around 7 days to arrange samples
Customer: What is PTFE material?
Foreverseal: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a fluoropolymer and is commonly known by its trade name, Teflon®. Unique properties of PTFE include nonreactivity, hydrophobicity, a low coefficient of friction, and good insulating properties. It is most commonly used as a nonstick coating for cookware.
