High Density Ptfe Tape

High density ptfe tape is a heavy duty, all purpose, non-seizing, ptfe  thread sealing compound in tape form that produces a leak-proof seal on all types of metal and plastic threaded connections. High density ptfe tape according to MIL-T27730A, UL. Applied for all types of threaded fittings for water, most chemicals, oxygen, gasoline, natural gas, hydraulic and high-pressure lines.

Our product parameters are mainly composed of width, thickness, length and density.There are three kinds of conventional widths, which are 12mm, 19mm and 25mm, among which 12mm is the most widely used. The thickness can be customized according to customers’ needs, with the optional range ranging from 0.075mm to 0.2mm, of which 0.075mm and 0.1mm are the most demanding.The length is generally 10 meters, 15 meters, 20 meters, can also be customized according to customer requirements;The density can be customized according to the customer's requirements for quality, ranging from 0.25 g to 1.8g/cm3. The higher the density, the better the quality.
