Unsintered PTFE Film For Wire

Unsintered PTFE film for wire is mainly used in RF cables, microwave communications cables, aerial wire wrapping and insulation layer in aviation, aerospace, military, radar, electronic communications and other areas. Engineers produce unsintered PTFE film for wire by cold extruding a fine PTFE powder through a special die.

 

Application

Used primarily as electrical insulation in wire and cable applications, unsintered PTFE is used for cable insulation, harness wrap and as the dielectric medium in coaxial lines.

Features

Unsintered PTFE semi-conductive tape with high elongation, weather resistance and other characteristics. It is used in the wire and cable winding industry. It has excellent dielectric properties and is more convenient to use in complex shapes. It is a Teflon tape with semi-conductivity and is also used in anti-noise applications.
