Description
Sintered PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) film is a specialized material that has become increasingly popular in various industries, including medical, aerospace, and semiconductor manufacturing. It is a unique type of PTFE film that has been heat-treated to a high temperature and pressure, resulting in a highly porous and durable material with unique physical and chemical properties.
It is a non-stick material made of 100% PTFE, known for its strength, chemical stability, and high temperature resistance. It is also waterproof and has consistent airflow characteristics, making it ideal for applications that require continuous airflow or humidity control. Sintered PTFE film is commonly used in industries such as food, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals.
Product Features
When selecting a sintered PTFE film, it is important to consider the operational needs of the equipment to determine the required porosity and structure level. Here are some other properties of sintered PTFE film:
1. Dielectric strength: Sintered PTFE film has high dielectric strength
2. Electrical properties: Sintered PTFE film has excellent electrical properties and can be used for electrical insulation and wire wrapping
3. Low hygroscopicity: Sintered PTFE film is impermeable and has low hygroscopicity
