With a density of 1.5 g/cm³ - the highest density class in PTFE thread sealing tape - it delivers maximum sealing strength, thread-fill capacity, and pressure resistance for critical connections where failure is not an option.

Manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE resin (min. 99% PTFE, max. 1% inert pigment), this tape provides superior chemical inertness, thermal stability from -268°C to +260°C, and pressure resistance up to 10,000 PSI. Its full-density construction produces a denser, more compact seal that resists creep and relaxation under sustained pressure - the key differentiator from standard-density tapes used in less demanding applications.
