The chemical name of the raw material belt is polytetrafluoroethylene. At present, the ordinary white polytetrafluoroethylene belt is used in HVAC and water supply and drainage. There are also special polytetrafluoroethylene belts for natural gas pipelines. In fact, the main raw materials are polytetrafluoroethylene, but some processes are different. It is a new and ideal sealing material.
Usage of raw material belt:
1. Remove the oil stain on the pipe thread and dry it.
2. Apply enough glue on the pipe thread, then assemble and stand still.
3. Tighten and adjust the angle within 3 minutes after installation, and do not adjust it after curing.
4. It is used for steel, copper and iron pipes. The ambient temperature is above 25 ℃, and the pressure can be tested 24 hours after installation; The application time for stainless steel, aluminum and alloy steel shall be doubled.
