Usage:

1. Thread must be cleaned by brush , then wind onto the thread following the direct of the thread

The flame retardancy of PTFE membrane is not an accurate name! It's just that there is no ignition point. This is non-flammable plastic. The traditional concept is that as long as it is plastic, it is easy to burn, but this is not the case with PTFE film.

PTFE film can withstand low temperatures of -196 degrees and maintain basic physical and chemical properties. It can maintain high performance and operate normally even under high temperatures of 250 degrees. Its melting point is 327°C. At this time, the film slowly softens and becomes transparent. The pure white film of the raw material gradually becomes transparent. If fillers or pigments are added, the color will gradually darken and take on a jelly-like appearance. When the temperature exceeds 400 degrees, the surface of the material is like boiling water, slowly boiling and vaporizing. When the temperature exceeds 410°C, the entire substance basically evaporates and disappears.
