Pipe Tape
Pipe tape is used to seal the thread of pipework and fittings on plumbing and gas systems. The pipe tape can be applied to the thread of pipework installations prior to tightening a fitting. The pipe tape provides a buffer and an effective seal that stops water or gas from escaping the system via the threads of a fitting. The polytetrafluoroethylene tape range comes in gas grade and potable (drinking) water grade and is available in singles or multipacks.
