The FOREVERSEAL 50M thread sealing cord is a next-generation pipe thread sealant engineered for speed and reliability. Unlike traditional PTFE tape that requires careful wrapping, our sealing cord is simply wound into the thread grooves and instantly forms a leak-proof seal - regardless of ambient temperature or humidity.

Each 50-meter cord comes in a pocket-sized protective dispenser with a built-in cutter, making it ideal for residential plumbing, light commercial maintenance, and on-site repair work. The cord is pre-coated with an inert proprietary paste that activates upon assembly, filling thread imperfections and creating a durable seal that withstands pressure, vibration, and thermal cycling.

How to Use This Table

Start with the lower number of wraps and test the seal.

For plastic threads, always add approximately 30% more wraps than metal - plastic threads have wider tolerances.

Pro Tip: For plastic-to-plastic connections, use gentle tightening force. Over-tightening plastic fittings can cause cracking, regardless of how good the sealant is.
